JamesBERESFORD(Chester-le-Street). Formerly of Birtley. Peacefully at home on 13th August after a long illness borne with courage and dignity. Jim, beloved husband of Florence, loving dad of Anne, John and Gillian, father-in-law of Alan, Lillian and Paul, a dearly loved grandad and great grandad and also brother to Margaret. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Friends please meet for service at St. Mary and St. Cuthbert's Parish Church, Chester-le-Street on Wednesday 20th August at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Birtley Cemetery.
