Patricia AnnHOLLANDPassed away peacefully 25th June 2020 aged 71 years. Much loved mother to Melanie and loving Nan and Nana to Benjamin and Poppy. Greatly loved and missed by all who knew her. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will be held on Thursday 16th July at Efford Crematorium at 1.15pm. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired can be made in lieu of flowers and will benefit Cancer Research UK. A memorial to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at a future date for family and friends.
