Beloved wife to the late Peter, much loved mother to Bernadette and Sarah and a dear grandmother to Emily, Dan and Eve. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held on Friday 17th January at Kirkleatham Crematorium 10.30am. Will friends kindly meet at crematorium.
