Susan AnnBLAKEsadly passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on 31st October, aged 69.

She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday 26th November at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please with donations if desired to help support the work of both the Stroke and Palliative Care Teams at the Royal Stoke University Hospital who looked after Sue so well. Please direct any enquiries to The Co-operative Funeralcare, Queensville, Stafford. 01785 259847
