GeorgePICKERINGOf Ulceby, passed away peacefully on 26th July 2024 aged 87 years. Husband of Pearl, father of Heather and Adair, dearest father in law, grandfather and great grandfather. A Private cremation service will be followed by Service of Celebration for George's life at St Nicholas Church Ulceby on Thursday 22nd August at 12-30pm. No donations or flowers by request.

May I convey my sincere condolences to all of George's family on your sad loss. As a Birds Eye fieldsman I worked for many years alongside George. I found George to be a perfect gentleman in all our dealings and his knowledge of pea growing and vining was second to none. He was a pleasure to work with.

George has Been a great farmer especially in the Pea World He loved his horses too and has given much to many others in his life particularly Heather and Adair he will be greatly missed by many. Rest in peace George. Sybil .
