Oscar nominated Film Director, Producer, Writer, patriot, friend, beloved father and brother, passed peacefully at home on Friday 1st November, 2019. The family would like to invite friends and colleagues to celebrate Paul's life and work at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Monday 18th November at 2pm, followed by further celebrations at The Manor House, Sully Road, Penarth.
