TonyCLARKPeacefully whilst in the care of staff at Scunthorpe General Hospital, on Saturday 30th May 2026, surrounded by his loving family, Tony, aged 88 years, of Winterton.
A dearly loved husband, a cherished dad, and a beloved grandad, Tony was a pivotal character in his local community and devoted the majority of his working life and voluntary time to serve others within Scunthorpe, Winterton and the surrounding area. He is a treasured friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Tony's life will take place on Monday 22nd May, at All Saint's Church, Winterton, 11:45am, followed by committal at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe.
All are welcome, and mourners attending the service are asked to please wear a bright colour, in Tony's memory.
Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu of flowers if so desired are for Scarborough RNLI, and may be left at the service or sent direct to the Lifeboat Station on West Pier, Foreshore Road, Scarborough, YO11 1PB.
