AlastairSTUARTAfter a short illness, Alastair Charles Dunbar Stuart, CBE, of Bridge of Allan, died peacefully at the Forth Valley Royal Hospital, aged 89 years. Much loved husband of 64 years to Anne (nee Murray of Bonar Bridge, Sutherland) and adored father to Catriona, Lewis, married to Ann and Hamish, married to Andrew also a cherished grandfather to Calum, Shona, Cara and Aidan. Funeral service will be a private family committal at Falkirk Crematorium followed by a service to celebrate his life and many achievements in the newspaper industry, at noon on Friday 18th March at Logie Kirk, Blairlogie, Stirling, FK9 4LB, to which all family and friends are cordially invited. Donations in lieu to the George Heriot's Foundation, to help give today's children the same education and start in life he got.
