Passed away peacefully on 15th August 2026, aged 91 years.
A forever devoted husband of the late Shirley Ann Bridle. Much loved father of the late John, Chris and Sally, and a cherished father-in-law to Carol, Barbara and John. A treasured grandad to Oliver, Lucy, Amy, Adam, Stephen and James, and partners Brooke, Paddy, Finn, Elif and Corinne. Proud great-grandad to Albert, Wilfred and Joseph. Loving brother of the late Pam, Chris and Alan, and a dear brother to David, Eileen, Pete and Bernie. A respected brother-in-law to Linda and Jim, and remembered with love alongside the late June and Gordon. A dear and respected friend and neighbour to many.
The funeral service will take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, on 21st September at 1pm followed by burial. Afterwards, family and friends are warmly invited to gather at The Cherry Tree Pub.
