Peacefully passed away in The Croft Care Home on 7th May 2026 aged 85 years, Jean (née Applegarth).
Beloved wife of the late John. Mother of Joanne and mother-in-law of Ian. An adored grandma of Lucy and Ben. Dear sister of Len and the late Allen, Gordon and Ruth. Also a sister-in-law, Auntie and life long friend to Norma.
Funeral service will take place in Sunderland Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday 9th June 2026 at 12:30pm, followed by a private interment.
Family flowers only please, donations may be left following the service to The Croft Care home.
