A beloved wife of the late Stuart. A dearly loved sister of Denis and the late Edwin, also a loving sister-in-law of Brenda. A much loved Aunt of Sharon and Stephen. Hazel will be forever loved and sadly missed by all her loving family and many friends.
Family and friends please meet for service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 20th July at 11.15am.
Family flowers only by request. Donations in lieu if desired to SCOPE. A collection plate will be available at the Crematorium.
