Hazel passed away peacefully at home aged 77 years.
The dearly loved wife of Geoff. Much loved mum of Darren and mother in law of Mags.
Special loving Nana of Emma.
Family and friends are invited to her funeral service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 9th December at 2pm.
Family flowers only please but donations in lieu of flowers would be welcome for Kirkwood Hospice for which there will be a box at the service.
