Ann ChristineROSTRONDied peacefully aged 81 years on Wednesday 23rd September 2026, at
Cottingham Manor Care Home, with family by her side.
Ann was born in Upper Islington, London, 1945, and was a singer and pianist, having trained
at the University of Reading and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
She was subsequently a music teacher, teaching for many years at Tranby, in Anlaby, Hull.
Happily married for 57 years, Ann leaves loving and devoted husband, Andrew.
Much loved mother to son, Michael, daughter, Christine and devoted grandmother to Marcus
and Harry. Will also be much missed by wider family and friends.
The funeral will take place at Haltemprice Crematorium on Thursday 15th October at 3:30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations may be left at the service for Parkinson's UK.
