Passed away peacefully in hospital, with his family around him on the 4th October aged 83 years. Alan, beloved husband of Vicky, much loved dad of David and John, dearly loved granda of Ellie, Declan and Martha and great granda of Lana, Reiha and Ralph. Greatly loved and will be sadly missed.

Friends please meet for funeral service at St. Mary's Church, Belford on Friday 25th October at 1pm followed by interment in the churchyard.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given at church for the benefit of The Great North Air Ambulance, enquiries c/o William Purves Funeral Directors, tel 01668 510699.
