Funeral service on Monday 18th August, 1.30pm at Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin followed by a Thanksgiving service at The Church of The Good Shepherd, Par at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only requested but donations for Cornwall Hospice Care (Mount Edgcumbe Hospice) may be placed in the donation box at the service.
