Passed away peacefully at London road community hospital on Tuesday 22nd July aged 89 years.
Tony will be deeply missed by all of the family and his friends.
A service for Tony will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) on Tuesday 19th August at 10.30am.
Donations if desired, may be made in memory of Tony at the service and will go on to support the Valley View Care Home.
