DanielSTOTTOn Saturday, November 7, in hospital. F.B.R.O.H.M.C, Daniel ‘Danny’ Stott, aged 95, of Oswaldtwistle, formerly of Middleton. Danny was a retired executive of Time Assurance. He attended St Mary’s RC Church, Oswaldtwistle, loved to travel, and enjoyed reading and crosswords. Danny was the loving husband of Audrey and the late Margaret, dearly loved father of Helena and Andrew, a sadly missed father-in-law of George and Val, a devoted grandfather of Daniel and Francesca, cherished great-grandfather of Noah and Nellie, and also a very dear step-father of Sandra. The funeral service and cremation will be held at Accrington Crematorium (covid restrictions apply) on Wednesday, November 18 at 12.20pm. Family flowers only, with donations to East Lancs Hospice c/o Mrs. A. Stott, Oswaldtwistle F.S., 235 Union Road, Accrington, BB5 3HU.
