Reqiuem Mass at St. Annes Church on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please by request but donations if so desired are being gratefully received for Girl Guides Ormskirk & Skelmersdale.
There will be no wake held after the service this was Jacqui's wishes, the family will be having a private gathering.
