We would like to say a special thank you to Nigel and Wendy, Mona's next door neighbours, who called in daily on her while she was at home.
Thank you to the doctors and staff at Glastonbury Health Centre and the staff at Wells Pharmacy and the district nurses.
We would also like to thank the Candlelight Care Team who looked after Mona and helped her to remain in her own home until her stay at the Cyder Barn, West Pennard. Special thanks to all the care staff at the Cyder Barn for all the care and kindness shown to Mona during her stay.
