BrianSYMESRetired Coal Merchant of Wanstrow, passed away suddenly on November 5th, 2017. Husband of Marion, father of Adam, Jane and Tom, grandfather of Lewis. A service to celebrate Brian's life takes place at Mendip Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd November at 12 noon. No formal black attire please, blue or bright colours by request. Family flowers only, donations if desired, made payable to either Cancer Research UK, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance or Wanstrow Church, may be sent to Trotman Funeral Directors, Ashdene, Cranmore Shepton Mallet BA4 4QQ. Brian was a beautiful man, always chatty and helpful. My wife Di and I moved to the area 12 years ago now and we were frequent visitors to his yard in Wanstrow. He would always have time for you and was just one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Seeing him trundle by with his beloved Snoop beside him will be a site gravely lost. We shall miss you.
