JimGOVIERof Pilton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by all his loving family on 7th January 2025 aged 82 years.

Dearly beloved husband of Eileen. Much loved dad of Sarah, Rachel and Gary. A dear father-in-law, grampy and great-grampy and a loving brother of John.

Funeral service takes place at St. John The Baptist Church, Pilton, on Tuesday 28th January at 12.00 noon, followed by a private burial. Bright clothing optional.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired, made payable to either Yeovil Heartbeat or Pilton PCC may be sent to Trotman Funeral Directors, Ashdene, Frome Road, Cranmore, Shepton Mallet, BA4 4QQ.

So sorry to hear of one of my best friends passing, have known Jim since School Days, and have many happy memories of our adventures following motor cycle racing all over the Country, and our many hours at Pilton Club My thoughts are with Eileen and family at this sad time take care Michael
