Much loved Wife of John, loving Mam of Marc, Peter and Ian, dear Mother-In-Law of Sue and Nicola, dearest Sister of Dave, Sister-In-Law of Pam, a dearly loved Grandma of Connor, Emily, Chloe, Rebecca and Charlotte. Also a Great Grandma of Leo. A celebration of Pat's life will take place on Wednesday 22nd February in the Chapel of St Hilda Teesside Crematorium at 11.45am. Family and friends please meet at the Crematorium. Informal dress accepted. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired to Teesside Hospice.
