Samuel JamesBRAKEOf Walton was taken suddenly on 28th May 2023 aged 21 years. A cherished Son of Emma and James, Brother of Lily, will be missed deeply by all of his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Ditcheat Hill on Friday 30th June at 1.00pm followed by a private family cremation. Please wear smart/casual attire just as Sam liked. No Flowers please. Donations are invited for Diabetes UK can be made online in the box below or cheques made payable to Diabetes UK may be forwarded to Forsey and Son Funeral Directors, Willowfields, Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury, BA6 9GY.
