Daughter of the late Hector & Nellie Jenkins of Jenkins Bakery, Upper Park Street & Island Place, Llanelli. Beloved wife of Adriano, dearly loved mother of Dominic, loving grandmother to Enya Carys. Lecturer, teacher, friend and mentor to many dear students and colleagues at Pibwrlwyd and Ammanford Colleges, Carmarthenshire. Funeral: Monday 16th August Shirley's Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace, Llanelli 2.45 pm; then followed by her Committal Service at Llanelli Crematorium 4.00 pm. No flower bouquets please - attendees could bring single white/red roses only for the funeral & cremation, if wished.
