CAROLE BUCKLEYThe funeral of Carole Ann Buckley (nee Ashworth) aged 66 years, of Ashbourne was held at the Methodist Church in Ashbourne on Friday 21st December in a full church attended by many relatives and friends. Geoff and family wish to thank all who were able to attend and for all letters, cards and expressions of sympathy received in their sad loss. Many thanks also for the extremely generous donations given in Carole's memory, these totalled £610 and will be donated to the Nightingale Macmillan Unit where she received such dedicated skill and loving care which made her as comfortable as possible during her last few weeks. Many thanks also to Dr. D. Ward and his colleagues and to the District Nursing Team for their efforts these last few months. Special thanks to Tim Morris and the Methodist Church for a beautiful service and to H. Lee & Son for the sympathetic and professional way their arrangement were conducted.
