Beloved daughter of Vicky and Graeme, much loved sister of Matthew. Also a loving granddaughter of Barbara and the late Geoffrey and Valerie.
A celebration of Isabel's life will take place on Wednesday 11th December in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium at 11.30am. Family and friends please meet at the crematorium.
