Thank you for everything you did for Donald, without all your support we truely wouldn't of been able to cope.
A big thanks to Dan Cook for taking on Donald for his last few months. Donald absolutely adored Dan and I still remember the day Dan met Donald, Donald was obsessed with his blue trousers.
Also a massive thanks to Sarah from the Hub. What an amazing lady and always there for us. Again It was to you that Donald had a peaceful pacing because of all the lovely drugs he was on.
Lastly my thanks goes to Claire Coleman (believe that is her last name) from the district nurse team. This women deserve so much more than just a thank you. You had such great humour with Donald and he loved that. You were not only a support for Donald but for all of his family. The day the syringe driver was put it , it was a very hard day for all of us. Claire stayed and comforted us all and to make sure we were all OK. We will always remember Claire as the 'good looking one, and 'dont pinch my bottom'
This was the many laughs we had in Donald last few days. Again thank you all soo much again and all the support throughout Donald's life.
Also a few names we had a pleasure of meeting was Jack's and Amy from District nurse team.
Xx
