I met Ian in the late 80’s/90’s. He was part of a large group of friends. We lost touch over the years when we all “grew up” settled down and had families. He contacted me again back in 2020 after the death of my children's father. I will always remember Ian as a kind and gentle man. Always smiling. I was really saddened to hear that he had passed away. Sending love to all who knew and loved him x

As I'm away on a cycle tour thought it prudent to recall a cycling scene with Ian many years ago. Gush and I were on a week's cycle tour to the Isle of Skye -Ian was desperate to be part of it so drove all the way up to Skye for a long week-end of cycling. He turned up with his beloved Italian benotti racing bike. He probably wasn't cycling as much as me and Gush but he descended fearlessly -there was no keeping up with him -He really loved it and we had a great couple of days with Ian on Skye -he will be a great miss.

Fond memories of our childhood years, with holidays spent at Alma Place. Our Ian, you were the youngest of all the Graham grandkids, small, skinny, quick like a whippet and so very very funny. You leave us far too soon and utterly heartbroken. My deepest sympathy to your precious girls, and all the friends & family you leave behind.
