Dearly loved wife of John, much loved mam of Geoff and Andrea, dear mother-in-law of Michele and Jeff, loving grandma of Shannon, Shauna, Megan and Luke. Also a great grandma to Lennox and Indie-Rose.
A celebration of Pat's life will take place on Wednesday 6th November in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 11am. Family and friends please meet at the crematorium.
