MalvernHAWKESSadly passed away on 16th November at Kingfisher Lodge Nursing Home aged 77 years. Will be sadly missed by Tracey, Mark, Sally, Shaun, Samuel, Jessica, Stephanie, Benjamin, Emily, Rosie and Riley. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday 4th December at 3.45pm at South Bristol Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia UK c/o Co-op Funeralcare, 24 High Street, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 1DQ.
