Passed away peacefully in North Tyneside General Hospital, on 5th September, aged 86 years.

Sadly missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Friday 27th September at 3pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations to Dementia UK in lieu would be much appreciated.

Formal black clothing not required.
