I only have the fondest of memories of Trish who was such a great friend to my parents and family. She was supportive, cheerful and kind to the whole family and I know my parents (Eric and Jean) always looked forward to her visits to Mallorca where she often stayed with them. They shared much fun and laughter, reminiscing of days gone by in the UK, in particular their times 'up North'. I thank Trish for her continuous kindness to my family and my thoughts are with her family at this very sad time. Sending deepest condolences and much love from Claire Hallam (nee Garrett).

Patricia, ‘Trish’ as she was known to us all was an amazing human being.
We had the best times in Mallorca over a period of seven years when our boys were still little and growing up. Eric and Jean adored her company and kept inviting her over to their beach house in Mallorca. Well we all adored her… My Mother too was also very close to Trish – they are all now in heaven. We became like one big family and shared the most intimate of times – the most happy of occasions and moments that can never be replicated.
Trish was incredibly generous, kind hearted – a strong and stoic courageous, lady. She was unique. We shall never forget one particular Christmas when we all descended on her and she gave up her house for us all while she went to live with her neighbour in order to accommodate us – that was when we visited Yorkshire one particular Christmas.
We only have wonderful memories that we shall take with us forever. Trish will be sadly missed but her legacy will live on...
Sending our sincere condolences to all the family and thinking of you all during this sad and difficult time.
Lots of Love, Daniela, Martin, Giorgio and Giulio Garrett

Patricia was a cheerful, generous, heart warming mother and friend, with two great loves in her life - her church and her family. She kept the shine on the house of God with unswerving fidelity to the faith and by leading the regular cleaning team for decades. So in her latter days she really valued the visits of Fr Dominique bringing her Holy Communion. Patricia never thought about herself. Her joy was in giving to others, understanding their needs and lending a hand discreetly without looking for thanks. She loved all the family regardless, and they cherished her likewise. Never so happy as when they gathered together across the generations and the miles, as in that last wonderful birthday celebration at home. We'll all miss Patricia, but will help her to a well-earned heaven with our prayers. Her motherly guidance will go on influencing us for good, from her close friendship with Our Lord and his own consoling Mother.
RIP Patricia, with our thanks!
Frances McLoughlin, with Jim and Rita.
