Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Monday January 13th at 3.00pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to the Great North Air Ambulance Service, a donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
