Sheila GwendolinePOWLEYnee Hughes Born Llandudno 8.02.36 sadly passed away in Exeter 31.07.19. Many years resident in Topsham. Beloved wife of Don for over 62 years, much loved mum of Sharon and Alison and cherished grandmother to Bridget and Polly. She is always in our hearts. Funeral service to be held at Exeter & Devon Crematorium, Friday 16th August at 10am. Family flowers only but any donations please to the RD&E, Exeter, Renal Unit at the service or c/o Peter Frank Turl, 16 Victoria Road, Topsham, Exeter, EX3 0EU
