RogerPRIESTLEYOf Glastonbury, passed away on 4th February 2025 at home, aged 77 Years. Former School teacher at Millfield Junior School.

Cremation Service to take place at Mendip Crematorium on Wednesday 26th February at 12:30pm.

I was in Mr Priestley's class in 1998. My friends and I still talk about him often and with great fondness. He was a really special teacher who had a lasting impact on us all. I can trace my love of Shakespeare and poetry to his English lessons and some of my eclectic knowledge to his tutor sessions, which included the First Past the Post electoral system, the Black Hole of Calcutta and Aristotle's views on fairness!
