A celebration of Dave's life will take place on Tuesday 21st July at 2pm in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel and afterwards at Acklam Hall.
No flowers please. Donations if so desired to Teesside Hospice. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
