PrimroseSCOTTBERYL (PRIM) John, Jane and family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their support and kind messages of condolence at this very sad time. Special thanks to Charlotte for the lovely tribute given at the funeral, the Rev Jennifer Matthews, Audlem Medical Practice and District Nurses. Thanks also go to all the staff at In Safe Hands for all that they have done over the years. The family would like to thank Sam for the lovely floral tributes which she did and also Graham Tressider and Staff for all their help and kindness. Donations received instead of flowers totalled £350 which was given to Audlem Medical Fund.
