James CyrilSHURMER (Jim)Of Street, died peacefully on 31st March 2023 aged 78 years. A much loved husband, father and grandfather; he will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Northover Manor Hotel, Ilchester, BA22 8LD on Friday 21st April 2023 at 1.00pm. Service will be immediately followed by a reception with food and music at the same venue. www.northovermanor.com/contact-us/ As was Jim's wish, attendees are invited to wear whatever they find comfortable. A private green burial will take place earlier in the day. No flowers please. Donations are welcomed for two small charities as requested by Jim; Practical Action practicalaction.org and Camphill Village Trust www.camphillvillagetrust.org.uk/ (Botton Village). Donations can be made via the boxes below, at the funeral service, or by cheques made payable to the chosen charity and forwarded to Forsey and Son Funeral Directors, Willowfields, Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury, BA6 9GY.
