Funeral service and cremation to take place on Tuesday September 10th at 11.30am in St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium.
Friends please meet at St Bedes Chapel and afterwards at Eaglescliffe Golf Club.
No flowers please. Donations if so desired to The Alzheimer's Society. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
