(Nan)WALKER ANNIEOf Lyndon House, Lyndon Avenue, Great Harwood, passed away peacefully on Monday 20th March 2023, aged 91 years. Nan sadly leaves behind her dearly loved husband George, her much loved children Stan, Peter, Sonia, Pam, Linda and Lesley, her treasured grandchildren and also her cherished great grandchildren. Nan will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and all those who knew her. Her celebration of life service will be held at 1.00pm on Tuesday 4th April 2023, at Accrington Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Nan are being gratefully received for the East Lancashire Hospice c/o Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, The Old Foxhill, 136-8 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle. BB5 3DR. Tel: 01254 390542.

She was our English mother, grandmother, friend to us here in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. We always enjoyed the times we had together when Annie and George would come visit us In Winnipeg . A truly beautiful lady, so luck that we had the opportunity to become friends. Our deepest condolences on the passing of your mother. She truly loved her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your mother will be deeply missed by many, and we are holding you in our thoughts and prayers❤️❤️❤️😢

I have know Annie when she lived in Winnipeg Canada before coming back to UK with George.. Annie was a loving person and shall be missed by many who knew her. Condolences go out to family and to my dear friend Lesley who I have know for many years in Winnipeg Canada❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
