SamWELLSPeacefully at rest on Monday 22nd January 2024, whilst in the care of Poplars Care Home, surrounded by his loving family, Sam aged 96 years of Clayton.
A much loved dad of Janet, Julie and Ian, loved father-in-law of Ken and Traci, much loved grandad of Zoe, Jack, Kai and Kiera, loved great-grandad of Ben and a loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
Sam will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate Sam's life will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday 9th February at 1.20pm. No flowers by request please, donations preferred in memory of Sam to the R.N.I.B.
