Have you noticed the 'family notification email' option available when booking funeral notices? We provide this service to help you help families to find their notice online as soon as it is published.
When a family member books a notice with us directly, they receive an email letting them know when the notice has been published. Making the experience consistent for families regardless of how their notice is booked is important and why we encourage you to add an email for the family to their booking.

Add the family email address
If you book notices yourself, simply pop the email into the box when prompted on the confirmation page. You can also include a name - this is optional.
If we book your notices, let us know when you request the notice that you would like to include a family email and we will pop it in for you.
We only use the email once, to send the details when the notice is published. The family will not receive any further communication from us.
