At Funeral Notices we are always keen to evolve and grow, to support you in any way we can. We have a couple of key things coming up we wanted to let you know about - to start here's a reminder of our opening hours and means of contact this coming bank holiday weekend.
All deadlines are unchanged by the bank holiday, however, there will be a slight change to our opening hours and means of contact.
On the bank holiday Monday, we will be available from 09.00 - 17.00 to contact via email only on fdteam@funeral-notices.co.uk
As usual, we will have people available throughout the weekend to check notices and our online booking service is available 24/7. You can book your own notices

QR codes work with most mobile devices
We're excited to let you know we will be adding QR codes to our booking process. A number of Funeral Directors asked us if this was possible and, with a little development to the booking site, it is.
It's a really straightforward process. Our booking system will generate a QR code for every notice you book. They are intended to be used to help people get to the published notice in order to leave a tribute or make a donation.
The QR code could be added to the order of service or printed and placed inside and handed out to people at the funeral. This will provide a simple solution for the increasing number of people who no longer carry cash that allows them to contribute to the charitable collection.
QR codes work with most mobile devices, simply open the camera and point it at the image. The link displayed will take you straight to the donation, or the tribute, page (depending on which code you use).
Once the QR code feature goes live we will be in touch with information and a how-to guide.
